The GlobeTrot team started right from coordinating with each individual out of 20 people spread across 5 countries for their preferred dates, suggesting cheap flights and asking location preference.
The team sent us itinerary, day wise schedule, details of airport pick-up / drop details, food menu in advance. A hassle free arrival.
There was an agility in the overall tour management. We got some custom menu items and even medical support for kids. All services with a broad smile.
Never the less, I was surprised that the team knew need of each individual. The personal touch was felt very much when the kid who was not feeling well, got a ‘get well soon’ bouquet the next day morning!
More than a trip, it was experience of great hospitality, personal touch and comfort zone away from home.
For busy people who want to rely on a travel planner, I strongly recommend GlobeTrot.

We have been going on trips as bachelors initially and then as families for over 25 years now. Each of these were organized perfectly. The most recent trip to Egypt was an unbelievable experience. While we had some concerns about safety aspects and food initially, Globetrot team put all our concerns to rest with meticulous planning. Every single aspect including local transport and specific restaurants that we would go to was planned ahead. The actual execution was as perfect as the planning. Every single aspect (including specific vegetarian food where we thought we would get none) was taken care. We never felt insecure at any point in time. It was like going to any tourist place in India. Three cheers to the Globetrot team for the memorable experience! Waiting for the next trip with Globetrot…

We had such an amazing time in Egypt that right after the trip we were planning our next vacation with GlobeTrot. GlobeTrot is not your typical cookie cutter travel agent. They ensure all our experiences are met. For me food is an important part of any vacation and I couldn’t believe that we were relishing South Indian food on the Nile river cruise.
